Forecast Oscillator Indicator

The Forecast Oscillator, by Tuschar Chande, is a percentage difference between the forecast price.  The forecast price is nothing more than a linear regression trend line and the actual closing price.  The indicator value is greater than zero when the forecast price is greater than the actual price.  The inverse is true when the indicator value is less than zero.  The unsmoothed value is very choppy and Chande recommends applying a three period moving average as a trigger line.
