Relative Strength (RSI) Indicator

RSI was developed by J. Welles Wilder in 1978.  It is an oscillating indicator where buy signals are readings of 30 and below while sell signals are of 70 or greater.  In very volatile markets, 20 may be considered a buy and 80 a sell.
