The lease purchase option is available for those who would like to be on a monthly plan.  50% of the lease cost can be applied to a perpetual license.  Your credit card is billed monthly until you cancel the lease.  Lease purchase holders are entitled to all upgrades major and minor while the least is kept current.

The Lease Manager screen will allow you to control your lease and cancel at any time.

Note: Leases are billed by the month which is the smallest increment.
