This page gives you details about our products including evaluation period, refund, subscription, pricing, licensing and upgrade information.

Evaluation Period
Each of our products are available for a fully functional evaluation period.  The product is not disabled or crippled in any way, however, a screen is displayed on start up to inform you that this is an evaluation copy.  Evaluations will last anywhere from 30-45 days.  Once the evaluation period has expired, the product must be purchased or removed from your system.
Licenses must be purchased for each member within the organization that is going to install RightEdge.

Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available when the number of purchased licenses is ten or more.  Please get in touch with our sales department for a custom quote based on the number of licenses required.  Select the "Volume Discount" option and your request will be directed appropriately.
Refund Policy
RightEdge Systems, LLC makes a fully functional copy of the software available for a minimum of thirty (30) days for testing and evaluation prior to requiring a purchase.  Payment is not required until the software is operational on at least one of your computers.

Given these facts, it is our policy not to issue a refund on any purchased licenses that extend a thirty day evaluation.  Refunds on subscriptions may be possible under the following circumstances:

  • There has been no major software release made available for which the subscription is purchased for.
  • The subscription has been held for less than thirty days.
  • You have given our support staff every opportunity to resolve whatever issues you may be having as it relates to the subscription or subscribed product.

Note: Any refund obtained will be for the full value of the purchase less bank and credit card fees incurred.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
Each product is distributed with an end user license agreement.  You must acknowledge and accept this agreement to install the software.  A copy of this license agreement will also appear in your installation directory.
