continue to operate forever. Perpetual licenses are appealing to people who
want a one time cost as opposed to a monthly fee. |

Perpetual license holders will also be entitled to special upgrade pricing when
new editions are released. Perpetual license holders are entitled to all bug
fix builds of the edition purchased and one edition released after the

RightEdge can be installed on up to 2 different computers as long as the computers
belong to the licensee and the licensee is the person using RightEdge. Online
activation will be required to activate the licenses. |

Perpetual license holders will be entitled to bug fix revisions of the version purchased.
Perpetual license holders will also receive the edition immediatly following the
one purchased free of charge.
For example, if you purchase a perpetual license for RightEdge 2008 Edition 1.
You will be entitled to all fixes released for Edition 1 and you will be
entitled to Edition 2 and all bug fixes for Edition 2 free of charge.
To receive all editions for a full calendar year from purchase, consider
purchasing a gold subscription option. |

Editions are released when new features and/or performance enhancements as well
as bug fixes are ready. Bug fixes will be released in the interim as build
number increments to the current edition. Editions allow us to deliver
features as fast as we can make them available instead of waiting until they
accumulate. |

A lease purchase is an inexpensive way to hold a license while building up credit
towards a perpetual license. The license will expire each month, but is set
to auto-renew until you cancel the lease. When the license renews, your license
will update as well and should result in no interruption of service. |

Each month after the lease is paid or renewed, 50% of your lease will be used as
credit towards a perpetual license. As an example, the $50 per month purchase
lease option results in a $25 per month credit towards a RightEdge perpetual license.
Purchase credits are not transferrable or redeemable as cash or a refund. |

Simply put, we want to continue to release new versions of RightEdge frequently. Typically software is released in a fashion where a whole number change implies a feature release and anything to the right of the decimal implies a bug fix. As we've demonstrated, we continue to release compelling features, performance enhancements as well as fixes with every release. We want to continue delivering features to you as quickly as we can and not hold them up so that we can label something a major release. The overwhelming majority of customers surveyed stated that they want us to maintain a rapid release cycle and not hold anything up to satisfy an industry stigma. While this may put some additional strain on our developers, we feel that our customers are absolutely right. |

No. We specifically choose this version to introduce this change because the next version of our software was going to be 2.0. All non-subscribers would not have been eligible for a free upgrade. Existing subscription holders will still be entitled to all releases while their subscription is in effect. This way no one is not getting what was originally promised. We sincerely hope that all 1.0 customers have been appreciative of all the features we've packed in without changing major version numbers.
Lease subscribers also have no change in arrangements.

We will be releasing interim bug fix versions between editions. These versions will maintain their edition number, but the build number will be increased to denote a bug fix. No significant features will be released in interim builds. |

There is still no requirement to buy a subscription. A perpetual license grants you the right to use the version you own indefinitely. You will also be entitled to the next edition free of charge.
For example, if you purchase RightEdge 2008 Edition 1, you will automatically be eligible to download RightEdge 2008 Edition 2 at no charge. Upgrades to subsequent editions will be available for an additional fee.
