Chart bug ( whole prices only )

Hi,

I have downloaded RightEdge yesterday and started to evaluate it.
I successfully imported a file PETR4.csv (3616 lines) with the following format:
symbol;date;time;open;high;low;close;financial volume;volume

The "financial volume" column I selected "ignored" in the import wizard.

PETR4;25/11/2013;15:12:00;20,55;20,55;20,55;20,55;2055,00;100
PETR4;25/11/2013;15:11:00;20,55;20,56;20,54;20,55;224010,00;10900
PETR4;25/11/2013;15:10:00;20,55;20,57;20,55;20,56;520223,00;25300
.....
The problem is that when I plot the chart there are only whole numbers (21, 20 and 19) without any decimals in the price column ( on the right ). The candles themselves and the volume information appears to be ok.

There are no error messages during the import process and the price appears to be right in the import preview, so I doubt there is something wrong in this step.

Any idea what could be causing it ?

Best Regards,
Daniel

It looks to like the root of the problem is that "," is being used in place of a decimal point. If so, I don't know how to get import to deal with this locality issue.
Have you used the database editor to see what has been put in the database?

I also replaced "," by "." as decimal point separator in the file. No luck.

How can I see what is saved in RightEdge database ? Thanks.

Clicking with right button on the symbol in  "watchlist" -> "bar data editor" I can see the values are correctly placed with decimals. The problem appears to be with the plot engine.
The software is really unnusable if I can't even see the prices in the chart.

The "Date" column in the previous screenshot was clipping "time" information.

Can you check the decimal places setting in the Symbol Information?  Right click on the symbol in the watch list and click "Symbol Information...".  If the Decimal Places at the bottom of the window is set to zero, the chart will only show whole numbers.  Try setting it to 2.
