We've completed a support system implementation that will allow to handle support requests via email or the web site in a much more efficient manner. Additionally, we'll be able to track the history of each request, create cases with statuses, inform you when your case changes, etc.
This should not require any additional work on your part at all. The only thing that we ask is that you submit your support request to the support address (resupport at rightedgesystems) or use the Support Request form on the web site.
