I’m attempting to create a daily indicator that uses another indicator (minute) as an input to its calculation. I understand how multiple timeframes may be used with SymbolScript; how can the above idea be implemented?

Thanks, Duane

Duane, have you tried this approach?

public class MySymbolScript : MySymbolScriptBase

{

      Frequency DailyFreq;

      BollingerBandLower bbl;

      BollingerBandLower bblDay;

      public override void Startup()

      {

            // Perform initialization here.

            DailyFreq = GetFrequency(BarFrequency.Daily);

            bbl = new BollingerBandLower(14, 2.0);

            bbl.SetInputs(Close);

            bblDay = new BollingerBandLower(14, 2.0);

            bblDay.SetInputs(bbl);

            SystemData.IndicatorManager.SetFrequency(bblDay, DailyFreq);

      }

}
