I think each piece of software should contain enough commentary to grasp its purpose without the need to decode source code.
Currently the downloadable RE trading systems have a few lines of description on the download page. After downloading, the description is gone.
I'd suggest you invent a way to "bundle" the description with the trading system.
Either a separate (HTML-) file or some #region Description construct would help.
Better do this from the very beginning than patching after hundreds  of systems walk through this world...

We can certainly add comments to the systems that we've provided. Will have to think of a good way to handle this for user contributed systems. Right now that's not a problem, as we do not have a large number of user contributed systems, but we hope that changes. (hint hint)
