When I read "RightEdge-User-Manual" I had found only section #5 about Developing Trading Systems. This section is too short.
Is there full version Manual to Developing Trading Systems for RightEdge?

I don't remember there being more manual material someplace. However, the people on this forum can be a big help, though they probably need some more information to work with:
- What do you want to trade? Forex, equities, pairs, ....
- Do you have an (rough) idea about the algorithm you want?
- How much programming experiece to you have?
- Have you looked at the examples on the website to see if anything there comes close to what you have in mind?
That's a start . . .
